One of our strengths is that we learn from each other by bouncing ideas and learning experiences around in regular team and business meetings. As such, you'd be based in the East Midlands and would normally expect to work at our HQ, The Elms, when you're not out with clients. Current Vacancies *Do you have the potential to be great at H&S?* We combine technical know-how with an approach that lets our clients differentiate us from the consultancy crowd. If you know your stuff (CMIOSH or almost there) and fancy a change, we need to meet you. You will probably be working somewhere where safety matters - as part of a team within a large organisation. The ability to work with colleagues to train people is the core skill we need. You will need to be a gifted trainer. You'll need to know when training's the right answer and when to use your consultancy skills to best effect. We are unlike any organisation you will have met before - ergonomists, risk management specialists and health & safety consultants, all sharing ideas to make a difference for our clients. We work hard and get the reward that deserves - a competitive salary and a flexible lifestyle. It's definitely not for everyone, but we love it. You must be based in the East Midlands. If you can't commute on a daily basis this isn't for you. Salary will depend on experience but will be initially in the range £25K - £33K plus pension contribution and an excellent career path. All our appointments are for posts based at our HQ in Loughborough. Whilst we travel all over the world (and certainly, regularly, all over the UK), we are based at The Elms when not on client sites. Candidates would therefore need to be based, or be prepared to move, so as to be within striking distance of The Elms to apply.
