Effective CommunicationAs people directly involved in the effective communication of the business risk, safety or ergonomics 'message' we understand the importance of top quality information, awareness and training materials. Training or information provision is always a quantum leap better if it's directly tailored to the workplaces and work practices of its recipients. Off-the-shelf materials have their place, but our clients understand the importance of having their training, information and course materials tailored to their specific needs. We understand the importance of developing information and training so that those using the materials don't just 'read and forget' but 'read, think and do'. We have, considerable experience of developing practical workbooks, videos, CBT and other awareness/training materials to help ensure learning objectives are easily achieved and the recipients, interest and direct involvement is maintained.
