We have worked with many Boards in the public and private sectors to develop and deliver the systems, processes and competencies to make corporate-level risk management work as a practical tool to provide controls assurance and improved corporate governance. We’ve also worked extensively with in-house risk management teams to provide that vital ‘fresh pair of eyes’ and experienced support to make sure that risk management objectives are met at all levels in the organisation.

We use practical workshop techniques and consultancy support to establish the necessary risk assessment and risk management competencies. We support management teams not only to identify and evaluate risks but, vitally importantly, to compare and contrast risks from different business sources and from different business activities. Our forté is making the process simple, understandable and practical –one that works in the real-world.

	Gap Audits - an expert review of what’s good and not so good in current BRM practices - and what can be done to improve
	Mentoring/Handholding - helping individuals or business groups to identify and evaluate key risks and develop relevant and appropriate action plans. This service is particularly useful to senior corporate managers and even other senior BRM professionals who would benefit from access to a concerned and yet independent 'ear' when thinking though their BRM strategy or when at work on specific BRM projects.
